No Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are final and non-refundable. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Exceptions and Eligible Circumstances for Refunds

We will only issue refunds or replacements under the following specific circumstances:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your custom order arrives with a defect caused during the production process
  • Incorrect Product: If we send you the wrong item or a product that does not match your approved specifications
  • Damage During Shipping: If your custom order arrives damaged due to shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence)
  • Our Error: If we make a mistake in producing your custom order that deviates from your approved design or specifications

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Customer error in providing specifications, measurements, or design details
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences
  • Delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers
  • Dissatisfaction with the final product if it matches approved specifications
